Martin City Title I Plan

Martin City is a Title 1 school. What is Title 1? Title I is the major component of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) and the largest federal assistance program for our nation’s schools. The goal of Title I is a higher quality of education for every child. The program serves millions of children in elementary and secondary schools each year. The Martin City Title I Plan is available to the LEA, parents and the public.

LINC on October 18

Dear Martin City Families:

We have GREAT news. LINC will be available for
students both in the morning and afternoon on October
18 th during our early release day (Middle School @
12:15 and Elementary @ 1:05).  LINC will be open
during this time for parent teacher conferences until
6:00pm.

1st Annual College Day

Martin City Middle school held their 1st annual college day on Friday, October 7. The day started with an assembly featuring speakers from LVCC and UCM. Afterwards, students spent the morning listening to staff share their college paths and practiced writing college applications.
