About Mrs. Hendrix

 

My name is Mrs. Hendrix and I am very excited about teaching English language learners at Martin City School! I am married and have two grown children. My daughter Andrea, age 24, lives with her husband in Minnesota where she teaches middle school art. My daughter Melanie, age 20, is a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia and plays her saxophone in Marching Mizzou. I have a very large extended family and I love spending time with them. My husband I and love to travel to new places and also enjoy going to concerts, festivals, art shows, shopping, reading, and camping in Missouri's beautiful state parks.

 

 

Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year! We are excited to be working with your students in ELL class. We will be working with English language learners to build skills and confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing. We serve students from beginning to advanced levels of English. We will also be hosting two ELL Family Nights this year, and we hope you can attend.

Beinvenidos a la escuela del año 2018-2019!  Estamos contentos en trabajar con sus ninos en la clase de ELL. Trabajamos con los estudiantes la idioma ingles para darles la confiansa en hablar, escuchar, leer y escribir el ingles. Ayudamos a los estudiantes desde el principio y hasta los mas alto del ingles.  Tambien vamos a tener dos noches de familia este año y espermos que puedan Asistir.
