Bio
Hi! My name is Mrs. Cindy Long, and I get to teach Kindergarten at Martin City K-8.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education as well as my Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Avila University. I've been teaching for over 25 years (16 at Martin City), and I am excited to move to Kindergarten this year. I started my career in Kindergarten and I love working with students on the foundational skills they will need to succeed!
My husband, Tim, is a Grandview graduate. We have 4 children who all attended Martin City K-8. Hannah works in forestry in Colorado, Jesse is a mechanic right here in Martin City, John is a sheriff's deputy and Emily works in optometry. In the summer, I enjoy traveling with my family.
I am dedicated to ensuring that each of my students build the same strong foundation and love of learning my children received at Martin City.
