Bio

Hello, my name is Monique Cason and I've been teaching in the Grandview School District for 20 years.  I received my BA in Elementary Education at Central Missouri State University and My Masters in "Special Reading" at UMKC.            

 

After spending 4 years teaching 4th grade at Butcher-Greene, I spent the remaining years teaching Remedial Reading to K-5th graders at Martin City Elementary.  

 

Students enrolled in my class work on a variety of phonetic skills and develop comprehension strategies to become stronger, more fluent readers.
